Having served as a Royal Air Force officer for 28 years, Paul has gained significant leadership and management experience both in the UK and Overseas. He has a background in HR and Talent Management, Strategic Infrastructure and Estate Management, Business Development (in the Defence Leadership and Management Centre) and significant experience of change management as an internal Management Consultant. His final appointment was as the Principle Consultant in the RAF’s Business Improvement Team and active member of the Defence Transformation Community of Practice Forum. He has strong inter-personal skills, is energetic, confident and passionate about delivering innovative business solutions to assist decision-making at Board level. Paul has an infectious enthusiasm for creativity and forming an environment to promote the development and empowerment of high performing teams.

He has a Master in Business Administration from the Open University Business School, is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, a Certified Management Consultant through the Institute of Management Consultancy and studied with the UK Coaching Academy to gain accreditation as a Coach.
