We work with you to engage practical case studies, opportunities with specific projects and contains dynamic measurement systems, and a Leadership Competency Model linked to personal and commercial advancement. Case Study

Since 2014 Buffin Leadership have helped set up and deliver a Leadership Academy Development Programme of learning for managers at first line, middle and senior level in a major international group of companies in their manufacturing and offshore businesses.

Focusing on direct business challenges and the need for solutions, delegates from a wide range of disciplines worked on real examples and projects and have delivered significant improvements and measurable results in the organisation.

Major learning modules included Empowering Leadership, High Performance Coaching, Improving Financial Performance, High Performance Teamwork and Facilitating Change.

In 2019, more than 60 leaders have passed their Academy assessments on four levels: Level 1 for supervisors and team leaders; Level 2 for experienced leaders and managers; Level 3 for senior managers and Level 4 for results coaches. The Leadership Academy was cited as an example when the business gained the highly commended award at the prestigious Best Factory of the Year. The Managing Director said, “Let’s use this as the platform to deliver on our Vision of being Best in the World”.

The Organisation is now growing a Performance Culture Focused on Results to improve and enhance their customers’ experience.

The Academy has provided invaluable tools as a framework for prioritising time and facilitating successful outcomes. It has helped me with general planning, knowledge application, continuous improvement and an understanding of my contribution to the business.


Being involved with the Leadership Academy since its inception, initially as a Level 3 delegate and then as a coach every year since, I am proud to see the impact the learning has had on its participants and the company.
