The 10 Day Active Minds Challenge provides an insight to self growth and mindset through successful leadership habits and strategies. This will enable individuals to increase productivity levels and learn techniques to adapt by changing methods in day to day life situations.

Our Programme supports individuals in achieving a long term vision and greater future through the use of our online interactive platform for empowering results by creating an invaluable road map to success.

In order to engage with our clients throughout the coaching process, we use the online platform, ‘GiraffePad.’ Through this, the delegate will be registered and will have access to their programme schedule, activities, and all the resources which they will need. The benefit of this platform are:

  • The programme structure, objectives and outcomes are clearly laid out and structured.
  • All events and activities are scheduled from one place.
  • Reminders for events and activities are prompted with update emails.
  • Online events and videos can be run through the platform.
  • Resources are stored and accessed from this online portal.
  • Delegate progress is measured and can be viewed in an overall matrix.
  • Delegates and Coaches can communicate through the platform.

People succeed when they ask the right questions about what they want to achieve and what actions they need to take in order to succeed. Nick is an accomplished leader in his field with a strong focus on developing the mindset, attitude and end vision. His knowledge within the sports industry is extensive with over 15 years’ experience working with some of the biggest professional football clubs in the Premier League. His work has also been recognised internationally applying his expertise and achievements in sports such as high performance coaching, management, quality of results, process efficiency and education.

Nick boasts a wide range of qualifications within the sports industry such as a BSc Honours degree in Sports, UEFA & FA coaching licences and various multi sports qualifications. Over the years he has worked on a daily basis with professional players at Tottenham Hotspur F.C and Queens Park Rangers developing the mindset and application of leadership techniques to empower effective results. Following Nick’s wide range of experiences he has been sought by universities to deliver specialist coach education workshops and lectures to develop post graduates’ skill sets and future career paths.
