DAVID BUFFIN
Born shortly after the war in London and raised in the Home Counties, David was a natural entrepreneur who ran his own puppetry theatre from the age of 11, not just to entertain children but, later, as a tool to deliver lessons in business management.
After an early practical career in sales and marketing, in 1995 David set up his own leadership and coaching business, Buffin Learning – now Buffin Leadership International. As a professional and dedicated Results Leadership Coach he has delivered to a wide range of people, markets and opportunities at different levels and worked with businesses, organisations and clients around the world including the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, South Africa and the Far East.
Working with CEOs, senior managers and leaders at all levels in business his focus has always been to raise the performance of people and facilitate creative strategies and learning approaches that are tailored to the needs and work.
The Buffin Leadership methods and techniques have grown and developed over several years of practice and experience working with leaders and managers from many successful companies across different industries and sectors. David achieved this by building and establishing long term relationships and gained a strong reputation based upon commitment and results. This strategy and approach helped him to create practical models, tools and techniques that have enabled clients to achieve great results. He has been able to research and adapt performance coaching and facilitation of change from some of the best concepts and methods from the world of development, performance and business growth.
Working closely with long-term clients, David established the Buffin Leadership Academy which is tailored for any business, develops leaders at all levels and encourages personal development coaches of all kinds to excel in their roles. It reveals how we can locate the energy within us to break through and overcome barriers caused by fear, cynicism, financial problems, lack of confidence and perceived lack of skills and knowledge.
