SpeedChange Performance Coaching, which is a division of Buffin Leadership International held its first event in London on Thursday 19th September 2019. There were many attendees and David Buffin gave a memorable presentation on Leadership and how it affects businesses and individuals alike. He focused on ensuring that the needs of the individual have to be aligned with the needs of the business in order for both to succeed. The attendees were given a whistle stop tour of how Buffin Leadership International came in to being and also its many successes for both individuals and companies from around the world.
David also discussed the Buffin Leadership Academy Programme and how it encouraged its employees to work together to solve problems and create harmony within its workforce.
